Bassinets

A baby’s bassinet is traditionally much smaller than a crib, taking up much less floor space, and is designed to be rocked or rolled from place to place. The bassinet is designed for daytime attended use, as opposed to night-time sleeping. Many baby bassinets have sun shades or covers for outdoor use. A bassinet is much more portable than a crib, but is usually only used for a few months until the baby outgrows the bassinet.
